Another 0.24" over the past week.  Ground conditions are about normal for this time of year given the precipitation but also countered by above normal temperatures (a high of 79F on 20 April) and moderate winds (gusting to 34 mph on 18 April) that increased surface evaporation.  Plum tree has white flowers, ash has larger bugs, peach is budding, and lawn grass will need to be cut soon.
