With 3.17" of precipitation this week it is definitely wet.  Especially as much of the frozen precipitation just melted in the the last few days.  And if we include the melted equivalent of .47" the snow from last Sunday, that is the last eight days of precipitation, that's 3.64" of water that has been applied to the top of the soil in the last few days.  Bent plants etc. are slowly receiving from the snow.
