The ground is very dry even with the recent rain. Cracks in the ground have shrunk but have not disappeared. The grass is growing some but pastures are with keeping up with livestock. The pond is low but has risen from past report to 1.1' below the normal levels. The garden is beginning to dwindle as the growing season ends by still need to be watered regularly. Trees are green but many still are recovering from the hot dry days and show signs of impact from dry weather such as leaves yellowing and follow off.
