Since my last report I have received 1.09" liquid precip from  either snow, sleet, or rain. My monthly total for February is 3.99." Thus I am above average for the month. Some muddy spots in my yard but they are not representative of the entire yard. Thus, I am reporting "Mildly Wet" this week.
