Received 1.74" of rain over the past three days making conditions much improved. The cedar tree next door no longer has dead or dying needles. The big wind(gust of 36mph) we had three days ago helped clean dead needles and leaves from trees. Deer are eating new grass in the backyard. River level is up. Another storm is approaching today. Ground is soaking up the rain, so, not many puddles now.Fire ban still in place but hoping it will be lifted soon. Some fires are permitted but only if reported first.
