Has been very difficult keeping my flowers from dying in the heat. Lost one Rhoady that I had just planted. There are several fires burning out of control in the area. Roads are closed and smoke fills the air. Water from my well tastes what I call "earthy" so did another treatment of chlorine in the cistern. Wildlife is not moving during the day and this is driving my dog crazy. Water basin for wildlife is empty every morning.
