Even with the rain we received, we are still extremely dry.  We got almost 3 inches of rain.  Places to the east of us got much more.  Things did turn green almost immediately and the trees look better.  Our pond came up just a small amount, but it is the lowest it has ever been. We are still getting in the 90’s in the afternoons, but it has cooled off some.
