A dry week has followed a wet one but temps have been cool so the soil is still moist and plants arent stressed. Lots of goldfinches and chickadees coming to feeders, some autumn flowers still blooming. Leaves are turning and falling, black walnuts and locusts looking bare. Rain is predicted for next week along with cooler temps. It's fall.
