No rainfall this week, although the easterly breezes maintained higher relative humidity values. Soil moisture continued to decrease but remained high enough to support nuisance weeds and grasses. Established greenery continued to flourish with continuing displays of Summer season flowers. I've reduced the condition back to Near Normal based on dry surface soil and looseness.
