Description:
Mostly sunny and warm with moderate winds, then mostly clear and cool overnight with light winds. The high temperature was around sixty one degrees, and the low around forty two degrees Fahrenheit. Songbirds are eating a feederful every 2 to 3 days. Asters, Goldenrod, Prunella vulgaris, and Chickory are in full bloom. Apples are ripe and half gone, walnuts are beginning to fall.  Some corn is beginning to be chopped. Blackbirds and Canadian Geese are beginning to flock. Black Cherry trees have over half of their leaves fallen,  25% of trees leaves are changing color. The local intermittent stream is dry and the nearby trout stream is flowing at early fall levels.
