We received 1.05” of rainfall this week and have had 1.38” in the past two weeks. The rain has been helpful to improving the soil moisture but didn’t help much with water levels in streams and water bodies. Temperatures seem normal for the time of year. The little bit of rain has helped with pasture grass growth so most nearby graziers have temporarily stopped feeding hay. Acorns are falling off the oak trees so the deer and squirrels are busy. Medium fire danger is present.
