After getting some much needed precipitation in recent weeks, we are back to an unseasonable warm and dry stretch.  Only 0.15 of an inch of rain in the past 7 days.  The soil is dry.  Natural plant growth is stunted and turning brown.  Local ponds and streams still have some collected water/flow, but levels are declining.  Watering restrictions remain in effect.
