Ended September with 1.31", 122% of average, first month above average in a year. 71% and 80% of average for calender year and water year respectively. Surface water conditions still bad, but what little moisture we got in September did wonders for the cool season grasses. We hit peak color in the trees an Thursday or Friday. Some are dropping their leaves now. Widldife and cattle are doing well.
