A beautiful past couple of days as the system producing widespread rainfall exited the region. Two point eight inches fell here that helped push September's total to 14.12 inches, second greatest monthly rainfall since August 2007. The lower dewpoints are promoting drying to the very top of the ground, but any shaded areas are still wet. No harvesting as been observed. Local rivers are running quite high with low areas near the rivers flooded. Leaves on some trees are turning with only a very minor leaf fall beginning.
