Over 9in. of rain in Sept, ground water is getting back to normal. Topsoil needs to dry out to back into fields for harvest. Ponds are full, creeks are slightly above normal, rivers above normal, ponding in low areas, side hill seeps are showing up. Lawns and pastures are growing well.
