The Pascoag Reservoir is back up to 9’1” and slightly overflowing the spillway which is very high for October. With the high temperatures the last few days water skiers and tubers have been active on the lake getting in one last outing before the temperatures cool and the lake is drained in 2 weeks. Fall colors are just getting noticeable on the trees. Mostly yellows from birches but the maples are starting to show some reds and oranges too. Understory bushes like blueberries and sassafras are also getting colorful.
