After a rainy period during the last half of July and all of August, September was a bit of a dud with only about half the rainfall amount of average. Regardless, Most things appear normal. Ponds are at normal levels and vegetation has greened up. Despite being in an extreme drought category the casual observer would think we are near normal in rainfall.
