Condition Monitoring Report
Station Number: MI-CT-18
Station Name: Laingsburg 2.1 NNW
Report Date: 10/1/2026
Submitted: 10/01/2026 8:38 AM
Scale Bar: Mildly Wet
Description:
Due to what seems like higher amounts of rain for the last 2 months (9+") Plant life seems to have improved much. Even from the beginning of September I can no longer see where our sewer lines are located in the yard. Even though I utilize a E-Go battery mower, there's been a need to mow about every 4 days which consumes more energy for battery charging as a result. Due to also having to use a gasoline powered mower for some of the property - grass mowing at the $4.50 avg gasoline rates have made it more expensive to maintain the lawn. The lake level is about roughly 4-6" higher for this time of year as well. The current corn and soy bean crops appear to be more green colored given it's October today.
