Soil is near saturation and spongey in portions.  No surface ponding however from past week's rains which were fortunately more steady soakers than downpours and were for the most part not accompanied by strong winds.  Significant but not damaging drainage runoff thru property on slopes.
Fewer deer and other wildlife observed this week than typical.
More mushrooms and fungus than in years, seemingly including types poisonous for pets and perhaps other wildlife.  Especially noticeable along roadway shoulders.
Further expected rains, if accompanied by high winds might be risk for unhealthy trees to topple.  Possible powerline hazard?
Wildfire spread risk reduced, at least for short term.
