Lakes and Ponds are close to 2 feet below capacity. The Creeks and Streams can be walked across with minimal hazard. Grass is turning brown; all but two of the local Beann Fields are ready for harvest. All of the Corn Fields are ready for harvesting. The two Bogs along US 40 are dry, with no visible water. The fields waiting to be harvested will support a wildland fire. The soil is dry enough to drive on without leaving ruts.
