Even with little shots of rain every day, it was a much drier week than the week prior, but there is still some standing water in ditches and low spots of fields.  Area rivers did not get as high as forecasted when I reported last week, however there was some significant rise.  The To-Dates are all on the plus side.  As of today, MTD total is 7.10" (+4.04" or 232% of NOAA Norm), YTD is +7.02" (124%) and WYTD +5.89" (116%) and will end mid-week with a surplus for the year.  There has not been much, if any, harvest due to what I am assuming is from wet conditions.  Hummingbirds appear to have migrated as of Friday.  No action at the feeders.  I ended my garden for the year and closed the pool.  There are lots of woolly worms on the roads.  More rain expected this week so I am assuming conditions will remain wet for next week's report.
