Conditions are still moderately dry after receiving only 0.33” of rainfall this week and 0.35” in the past two weeks. Temperatures have cooled down to highs in the lower to mid 80s and lows in the lower 60s. Soil moisture is depleted and plants/crops are drought stressed. Streamflows and water levels are low. Local authorities have removed the burn ban due to the rain this week but it is still too dangerous to do outdoor burning.
