This past week I recorded 0.80" of rain.  More color is beginning to display in the trees and many perennials have begun their "die back" process.  Roses continue to bloom along with the Black Eye Susans and Cone Flowers. I am hearing different bird calls and have not seen any hummingbirds over the past few days. Black Walnut trees continue to drop an abundance of nuts.  Rivers and streams are running at normal levels and the soil has normal moisture.
