Rainfall for the week was again below normal with 0.32 inches falling.  The rain of the last three days didn't even fall fast enough to get the ground wet under the trees, but id did relive stress some for a couple days. Cooler temperatures also helped with the plants.  Water restrictions remain in place in many areas as lake and stream levels continue to drop.
