We have only had one substantial rainfall so far this month.  Average rainfall is around 5.72 inches and we have received only 1.65 inches with about another inch of rain forecast over the few days.  We are dry with no relief after this next event.

The Forsythia Bush leaves appear okay but the low wet spot is very dry.  The grasses in our lawns appear thin and dry.

No new bird species have appeared.  The Hummingbirds are still here.
