Despite recent rainfall all around me, my gauge only received TOO little too late.  If I hadn’t been gauge watching, my lawn is telling me it is DRY. Even sprinkler watering 2x weekly is not making much of an impact. Some trees are trying to change colors, but slow going compared to a week ago. Still beautiful mornings and great T-storm watching from nearby, but they keep missing my part of the neighborhood. Mowing is almost not needed as growth has petered out a bit.
