Had to wait until Sept. to get good rains. Grass was really starting to look good. Ping pong size hail last night took care of that. Trees stripped, windshields and windows damaged. Hopefully, livestock is o.k. A skunk must've been hit; smelled horrible during the hail storm. There are no wildflowers that are typical for this time of year. Very few sunflowers. Were a couple of days with brief blowing dirt last week. Mice are thick, getting ready for winter.
