1.77" of rain fell in 20 minutes from 11:50 pm to 12:10 last night.  An additional 0.90" fell in the night.  Soil is saturated after 1.50" the previous day and after heavy rains several days earlier.  Last nights rains caused flooding with damage to buildings.
