There is mud in unpaved parking lots! We have not seen this for quite a while. 
Many soybeans have turned yellow or even lost their leaves. The moisture will mean nothing to them. (And probably not to the corn either, although that is farther along.) 
The recent rains will be of more use to trees and shrubs preparing for the winter. 
I usually report on the south fork of the Crow River, but there is a detour on the road and I haven't been able to see it since Monday! (I crossed it in another location, but I'm not familiar enough with that area to know what's up.)
