The Creeks and Streams can be walked across. Lakes and Ponds are 18" below normal pond level. The Bogs along US 40 are dry; there is no water showing at all. All Corn in the area stands at 50% harvested. The first planted beans are ready to harvest; the last planting is roughly 44 inches tall and dark green in color. The vegetation is dry and will support combustion and is easily lit! The soil is extremely dry and does not compress.
