Just .04" this week.  Plants showing stress again with the boon from the 1.41" 8 days ago all used up.  We're at about 14" below our "normal" water year, as this one comes to its end.  Durham still under water restrictions.   Streams and ponds are all low.   Fall blooming composites shorter than normal.   It really would be nice for this drought to end!
