2.18" of rain over five consecutive days since last report, along with 1.20" earlier this month, have made the ground surface "moderately wet". Both branches of the local creek ran this week, but by yesterday there was no flow in either. Conditions overall are still severely dry due to the timing of this year's rains. Fire danger is greatly reduced, and I haven't had to water garden plants and trees since early in the week. Stock tanks have largely refilled.
