A return to unseasonable high temperatures with no new rainfall has impacted and dried the landscape these last 2 weeks. Conditions are mildly dry as plants are still mostly green while this area has quickly dropped to 40% of normal precipitation. Soil is very dry at the surface. Forest conditions indicate some stress on the mature trees, and the understory is browning in some areas. Grasses and clover are also dry. Solar production is seasonal.
