There has been rainy conditions off and on in the last week keeping vegetation green except where the seasonal color changes have started. Temps have started trending down with lows regularly in the 40s. The migrating birds have left and the wildlife (deer, squirrels, chipmunks) seem to be well into their stocking up phase, especially with the oak trees having a good year for acorns.
