about 1.5 inches of rain over last week have improved lawn, but deep rooted trees are still exhibiting stress signs (early leaf drop).  Soybeans were 25% yellow on 8/30 which is 9 days ahead of normal and 75% yellow on 9/5 which is 10 days ahead of normal. The third hay cutting this year was less volume than normal.
