Moderately wet soil conditions as the week closes out.  Heavy to moderate rainfall over 1" has fallen overnight changing conditions from near normal to moderately wet. Water is standing in puddles on the ground on lawn, soil, and other outdoor surfaces.  Soil conditions are soft and wet with soil material easily picked up on foot soles.
