Only a trace of rain this week. We have had .30 inchs more rain than normal in September but are 5.06 inches below normal for the year. The ponds are almost dry and the springs are not running very much. Last weeks rain was enough to let us plant some triticale, wheat and alfalfa, the triticale I planted Monday is up but the alfalfa needs a rain to sprout. Today is hopefully the last day above 90 for this year as it will set a record for the most high temperatures of 90+ in 1 year in our area.
