Rainfall totaled 1.38” this past week—a nice break from a long, hot Summer.  We’re at peak hurricane season but no real storm threats so far. Tourism activity has slowed now that the children have finished up their summer break. Severe lawn watering restrictions remain in place, and most local governments have restricted watering to one day each week.
