This year has been relitively abnormal pertaining to the local weather dynamics at play. It seems as if the majority of the t-storms/rain have missed the direct Westminster area causing locally dry conditions. Liberty Reservoir appears to be quite low with plant life growing in places that are normally under water. Daily watering of the garden and adding water to the pool on a weekly basis. 0.64" of rain recorded month to date with very limited rain chances in the forcast.
