No change from last week.  We are officially still in D0 conditions with mandatory water restrictions in effect.  Some lawns are showing brown areas.  It is hard to tell whether other vegetation is suffering from drought or is just going through seasonal die off. As I write this we are expeiencing some havy rain so we'll see how that ends up.
