Only a trace in the preceding week; September MTD is only 1.19” against a PRISM average of 4.15”. Would love to see today’s forecast verify – it would even a lot of stuff out - but as of this writing there hasn’t been a drop, and based on the forecast it’s more likely to be a quick dump instead of the long, slow soaker we need. Lawns are doing remarkably well but are browning out in many locations. Seasonal color change is progressing – most species are still green but early changers are well underway (e.g., poison ivy). Wildlife activity and pond level are normal.
