My immediate neighborhood continues to get just enough rain to keep grasses green and trees from appearing stressed. You don’t have to drive more than a few miles though to see stressed trees and dried out grasses where the sun hits. The river, Mississippi, is down as are ponds near us. Almost no mosquitoes all summer is a sign of very low water even if I can’t see it.
