The extreme drought continues with a little break this week We had .51 this week but that doesn't make much impact other than settle the dust. High fire danger and burn bans continue. Shoal Creek is still lowering. Wild life is active, eating anything they can find. There are still a few hummingbirds on the feeders Leaves are falling from the drought. Hay fields have not produced another cutting and pastures have dried up and some farms are having to start feeding hay.
