Minimal rain in the last week.  Lawns look drier, bushes and trees need watering. I'm leaving water out for the deer family that is hanging around eating buckthorn, which they usually don't do till late fall. Lakes are dropping further and wetlands remain low to dry. Groundwater wells are lower, deep aquifers used for irrigation and municipal supply are so far unaffected. Fire danger is moderate.
