Back to a dry pattern as rain showers skirt this location.  Afternoon thunderstorms threatened on Monday but didn’t amount to much.  More thunderstorms could be heard in the distance with dark clouds forming and then dissipating after 30 minutes as they approached.  A little drizzle on Tuesday afternoon barely wet the ground, and Wednesday had dry southerly breezes all day long. I have not planted a fall garden yet because the weather is just too unpredictable as far as the weather is concerned, especially consistent rainfall.  Strong thunderstorms were again all around this area on Thursday with promising conditions for some much-needed soaking rain. 
No changes on Friday as lightning and thunder were all around, and only a few drops fell here.
