Grass is green in about 3/4 of the areas and brown in about 1/4 of the areas.  Rainfall has been relatively light over the last 3 weeks.   Will likely get back to normal by Thursday based on national weather service forecast.  The vegetation is only mildly effected by this relatively dry period.  The rains a few days ago helped some.  2.19" on the gauge during the past 30 days which is well above the D0 threshold of 1.00" which only indicates slight dryness in my local area.  No signs of drought as only patchy areas of grass show brownness.
