With over an 1.5" of rain in just over a week, the conditions have improved dramatically.  We have noticed that some of our dry pasture land grasses are starting to turn green, especially along our driveway edges, the light fuels (grasses and shrubs) are not looking stressed, the dust is much better as the rain has compacted the dust layer.  Plants and grasses just look hydrated.
