After Aug wet period, Sept has flipped to very hot and dry. The lawn has dried up and new shrubs require watering again. 
Crops are still doing good ahead of harvest time. 
MTD values are 66% below normal.
The Calendar & Water YTD values are on the plus side of near normal.
