Back to dry weather, the lawn is going into dormancy again, very little growth this past week. Birds and wildlife are drinking a lot of water in this heat wave. Corn crop is drying quickly now, and some soybean fields are starting to change color. The heat has been oppressive and dangerous to pretty much all living things.
