We have had 0.44" in the last 2 weeks, but missed the last rounds of storms, which went north. Lakes and wetlands remain low to dry, and shallow rocks and boat landings are slowing down recreation. Non-irrigated crops remain stressed, as are upland trees. Some trees are dropping leaves or turning early. Groundwater wells are lowest in >25 years.
